Las instalaciones son preciosas, el personal muy agradable.

Nuestra habitación en la segunda noche, a las 01:00 de la mañana hacia 30 grados, poníamos el aire, pero seguía emitiendo calor, tuvimos que abrir ventana y poner el ventilador para intentar refrescarla. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Se agradecería mantenimiento, para un gran hotel.

Desayuno perfecto, variado y de calidad. Ubicación.

Estábamos en la habitación 207, los rodapies de la habitación, están pelados. Y la silicona de la ducha, levantada. Llevamos 4 años, acudiendo en Navidades, a éste hotel. Pero, para el precio que tiene, el mantenimiento de la habitación, se ha visto muy deteriorada. Y la colcha primaveral, en invierno...en invierno refresca por la noche. Se agradecería una manta en el armario.

Perfecto para escapada romántica, y conocer Segorbe. Bike friendly

El hotel es precioso, situado en un edificio antiguo (palacio o monasterio), muy jien situado para ver el casco antiguo de Segorbe, la muralla y los lugares por donde discurre la entrada de toros y caballos. La habitación amplia, cama con dosel y techo abuardillado con vigas de madera. El desayuno correcto, con mucha variedad, y calidad. El Spa, fantástico, sauna, baño turco, jacuzzi y pediluvio.

Lo único reseñable sería que el armario de la habitación es un poco pequeño, pero es un detalle sin importancia

Peaceful, convenient hideaway 30 minutes drive from the fantastic city of Valencia a nice combination for those who want

Peaceful spacious facilities we enjoyed some really excellent deep sleep great beds

The restaurant in the evening for dinner was way below level compared to the hotel. The menu selection offered too many repetitive items some of which looked like they came out of the fast food freezer and one of the dinner room staff was one of the grumpiest people we’ve ever met.

Great stay in a lovely historic village

The hotel offers a very tastefull 3-course menu of the day for around 15 euros which was a great added value, since the village did not offer that many restaurants. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Spa facilities where great.

When booking a spa & wellness hotel, we personally expected to have more access to facilities including the price. The hotel offers a great spa & wellness options, however for additional charge and for a limited time range.

Lovely Hotel with Old World Charm

Gorgeous property looks like a restored convent/ monastery … room 310 was very spacious bright and comfortable with high wooden beamed ceiling …restaurant food was simply fabulous try the local menu

The water leaks from bathroom …they really should place a small barrier to stop water from flooding the bathroom

Great location in the centre of town.

Great location in the centre of town, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. Very nice conversion of and older building - paradore style. Restaurant was closed when we were there so can't comment on that but we had an amazing meal at Gastroadictos - 5 mins walk away.

Parking is in nearby hotel garage so was a bit confusing when arriving - you need to pick up a door opener at reception. Bed in room could have been a bit bigger but room was lovely.

Averagely nice stay but wouldn’t go back

Nice size bedroom, good breakfast & pleasant staff

Bathroom let the hotel down, broken toilet seat, leaking shower & a bit mouldy. Restaurant was very noisy with large group dining at same time, staff rushed off their feet couldn’t really attend to us properly. Should have warned us to book dinner later or elsewhere. Not enough to complain about though
